Delivery & Pickup

We carefully prepare every order and deliver throughout Israel.

Courier Delivery

The standard delivery time is 4–7 business days, excluding the order date.

Delivery fees are calculated according to the total order value:

  • orders under ₪300 — ₪45;

  • orders from ₪300 to ₪699 — ₪30;

  • orders of ₪700 or more — free delivery.

Delivery to Southern Regions and the Eilat Route

For Mitzpe Ramon, Sde Boker, Yotvata, and other remote areas in southern Israel, delivery may take up to 30 business days.

Pickup

Orders can be collected from the following address:

Once your order is ready, our manager will contact you to coordinate the collection details.

Order Preparation

When all selected products are in stock, the order is prepared immediately after it is placed.

If a product is temporarily unavailable, order preparation may require an additional 1–3 business days.

After your order has been placed, our manager will contact you to confirm the delivery details and, if necessary, provide additional guidance regarding the selected products.
